History
Established in 2015
NOVY opened in 2015 as the newest restaurant from the Gianaras family. The family also owned Panos’ Restaurant, which served the community from 1977 to 1997. NOVY continues that tradition with a fresh take on neighborhood dining.
As a family-run restaurant, NOVY brings together California cuisine and Greek family recipes in a warm and inviting setting. Our team takes pride in serving the local community with flavorful dishes, friendly service, and a true neighborhood feel.
