History
Established in 2023
Memento SF opened in July 2023 under the leadership of Rafael Da Silva, also known as Raf. After years of working in kitchens and bars, Raf decided to follow his dream of opening his own restaurant in San Francisco.
From the beginning, Raf focused on serving high-quality food and well-crafted drinks. His menu combines classic influences with modern ideas, inspired by his experience, background, and personal taste. His passion for cocktails also helped shape the restaurant’s identity, especially through its popular low ABV cocktail menu.
Since opening, Memento SF has become a welcome part of the local community. Guests know the restaurant for its friendly service, flavorful dishes, and carefully made cocktails. Raf stays closely involved in the day-to-day experience, from developing recipes to speaking with guests. His hands-on approach helps ensure that every visit reflects the restaurant’s high standards and personal touch.
